The Rogers Family

Well the past few weeks have gone pretty quickly! Surgery went extremely well and now we're onto the road of recovery. Staples come out on Thursday and PT will start next week. I'm ready to get the ball rolling and be back at 100% but I don't want to over do it at the same time.
Mr. Graham man is getting so big! I wish I could be 1/2 as happy as he is whenever he wakes up! He's all smiles!!!
Let's see - Graham is now faster than a speeding bullet! The minute he gets on the floor, you have to keep a good eye on him because he moves so fast!! He has discovered the outdoors and is a HUGE fan!! He loves, loves, loves being outside, but when mommy, daddy, or grandma can't stand the heat, he'll settle for standing at the backdoor and looking out. We have put his swing up on the screened porch and he is loving that! He usually cries when he comes inside.
Graham is also fascinated with kitty cats! He has a couple of books that have pictures of kitties in them and when asked "Where is the kitty" he finds the kitty and begins petting it. So sweet! He loves Tux and Boomer, my parents cats!! When we are over there he will use all of his energy to crawl over to Tux and when he finally gets there and goes to pet the cat, Tux gets up and moves. :( Tux is beginning to learn that the back of the couch seems to be a safe haven......which will only be temporary seeing as Graham will figure out how to climb on the couch soon.
Graham, mom , Jan (Jeff's mom - she's in town helping out while I recover and what a blessing that has been!), and I went to a local Mexican restaurant for lunch the other day. Graham was sitting in his high chair and decided that we weren't feeding him fast enough..so he took matters into his own hand and decided he would do it himself....














I will have to post more pictures later, but on Sunday afternoon Graham was down for a nap and I thought that I heard him talking and not sleeping so Jeff went in to get him up and we hear "um...we need you in here now". I am picturing poop all over the room, so I crutched into his room only to find his mobile in 15+ pieces! Needless to say we contacted the manufacturer. But I will post those pictures when I get them off of Jan's camera.
